HI Levi,
We are still a couple of weeks away from releasing the time slot feature. I guess you will have to talk to the app developers regarding the tagging.

Hey, Vadym!
Katy here from Shopify. Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to our community!
Great question! We have a couple of options to help you when creating an app for your Shopify store. This is a nice feature to add, as it offers your customers even more ways to interact with your brand.
One option involves using Shopify's open API to allow you to build your own app. You can do this by generating API credentials for your app from within your admin. We have a guide which walks through this in more detail here with the specific steps needed in this section here.
This allows you to create a private app for use on your store only (i.e this will not be published to the Shopify app store). It also means that your app will be hosted by Shopify and will not involve a third party service for this.
We have a great blog article which you may find useful too: How to Build a Shopify App in One Week. Depending on your level / knowledge/ time available, it may require some more time, but the guide helps to break things down into sizeable chunks.
Alternatively, there are already some existing apps in our Shopify app store which allow you to complement your store with an app. This would save you from building an app yourself from scratch. These are third party applications, but are hosted with Shopify.
The route you take is indeed up to you, though do have a look and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Katy
Hi everybody,
I'm searching for an app or anyway to do that, I want to add to my website the fact that when you order something on my shop, it will automatically create an account with your e-mail adress and generate a paswword;
Is there an app to do that or can I create that by myself ?
Thanks
Hi Anders,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I don't think either of those apps will help us. Looks like a custom app is the only way to go.
Jamie
Hey Levi,
Our partner's app, Store Pickup + Delivery, is capable of doing this. Their support team is super helpful, so if you need any assistance setting things up, reach out! Andy and his team are a bunch of great folks :)
Warm regards,
Sharon
thanks, I'll give them a spin.
Thank you for the answer. Could I host node js/react application on Shopify? not at my local machine or hosting.
I agree. It’s annoying as all heck. I’m getting it too.
Shopify, please provide a way for app developers / companies to comment on reviews.
What is the timeline for this feature?
Hi every one,
I would like to do affiliate marketing with coupons, because for the moment I would sell only on Instagram (so people don't clic on the affiliate link).
I'm looking for an app who can track coupons, and pay automatically my influencers.
Thanks for help !
Have a nice day.
Hi Julien! I believe Shopify only supports manually setting customer passwords when the customer account is first created - a password can't be manually set or changed afterwards. Further, I believe customer accounts are automatically created when orders come in - this means that there isn't a good opportunity to generate a customer password during or after the order process.
However, Shopify has a feature for sending out emails that invite customers to set their own password. If that sort of thing works for you, you might consider this Mechanic task, which leverages this feature:
Auto-invite customers after an order

Let me know if you've got any questions about this! :)
Hi,
I have an app already used by multiple users. I need to modify the app to support multiple location. i have made changes to api but in order to test i need to install it on a test store eith multiple location. Whenever i try to install it says can't be added because it doesn't support stores that have multiple locations.
How do i install this app on a test multilocation store
Hey Deepak,
Have a read here - https://help.shopify.com/en/api/guides/inventory-migration-guide, "How do I update my app to support multiple locations?" section.
Yes, i have made changes to the code but in order to test it i need to install my app in a test store.
From the error message you have posted, I understand that the store is OK and has support for multiple locations, it's the app that doesn't comply with it.
Hey Chadwick, this is a good one and it's been a recurring topic. I'd say the timeline for this feature would be - never :)
The store is okay.
The issue is with the app. I cant install it on the store. This app is not a complicated one, its just for oauth so that i can get store's orders and products. Now if the store has multiple location i cant install the app on it . There is no setting on app to make it multilocation compatible.
I have my server which makes the call to shopify using the token i got from the oauth process. I have made changes to API but have not deployed. I need to test it. Now i cant test it if the app wont install on a multilocation store.
I hope this makes it clear. Let me know if you need more info
I've been using tidio chat for a number of years and it's worked well for me. If' I'm not online messages are sent via email.
