Hey guys, this is Justin from Yotpo. I wanted to address a few things that were touched on in this thread.

GMCS - We understand that you may not want to send emails to customers that did not give you permission but we have found that customers don't mind receiving our mail after purchase emails and especially loyal customers like the chance to provide feedback. We are serving over thousands of Shopify store owners and receive very few complaints about the fact that we send our mail after purchase emails to all customers.

Red Hot Toys - We are aware of this limitation and I've been told by our head of product that within the next 2 weeks we will be fixing this so that our mail after purchase emails are only sent out once orders are fulfilled. I would still suggest you turn on the mail after purchase in your Yotpo account so that you can continue to get reviews. As a work around you can increase the number of days after a purchase that the email is sent. You mentioned you are using a separate app for rich snippets.
