Thanks Shawn, is it possible to keep the existing Shopping API transfer for the US and create another feed which we can then upload to Google manually. Understand that the changes in currency, tax ...etc wouldn't exactly make this a painless task but this is something we require (PLAs in a single location is a bit restrictive).
Any other suggestions?
