I was looking at your app earlier and have a couple of questions. Do you have publishers registered with Refersion, or do we find our own publishers once installed. Also, could you clarify - I see there is a $100 sale limit for one of the packages. What happens if customers makes purchases more than $100 via an affiliate referral? Thanks.
