I recently switched from YOTPO Reviews to Shopify Reviews because I prefer to manage the reviews within Shopify and they were also SEO friendly.
I then noticed I stopped getting reviews. I usually get dozens of reviews per month and then realized that Shopify Reviews does not send my customers an email to remind them to review their product after a set period of time since it was delivered.
Its been over a month and I got 1 review. If this option is not added, the Shoppify Reviews App will simply be a failure.
I hope the programmers of the app quickly realize how important it is and implement the feature soon.
