STP is a completely integrated solution for Support Tickets, Returns and Exchanges. Customers never leave your shop to manage their Tickets & You and your Staff never leave the Shop to manage Tickets. STP is designed to keep the system as simple as possible for both customers and admins.
It also works with or without user accounts enabled. Customers without an account simply retrieve their order to open a ticket. They must provide their Order Number and the e-mail address associated with that order. Once their Ticket exists they simply retrieve it or link directly to the Ticket to open and view their Ticket.
