An app for this discount structure? by Boutiques Heroines

Hi,

To match our brick & mortar policies, we need a discount scheme as follows, on certain products only: 10% off on most expensive product purchased, 20% off on 2nd product purchased and 30% off on third product purchased.

Is there any app that allows to do that or something similar?!
