Your service team replied to me that the fix for YOTPO only sending requests for product reviews after an item is FULFILLED costs a "monthly fee is $30 for the first 300 orders per month and $10 for each additional block of 100 orders processed".
and it will still send mails on products that have not been fulfilled since it looks for fulfilment on an "order", not a "line item" level (where items in an order will be delivered at different times)
So YOTPO would continue to spam our customers if we turn on these features,
Without Mail after fulfilment emails then we get very poor conversion on reviews.
This is extremely disappointing after you guys assured us that this issue was being fixed months ago
