This feature is for Premium users only, and it will affect all items of an order ( as it's only ONE order that includes multiple products).
You can easily migrate to our Premium package which includes Commenting, Social Q&A, Business Rules, Blacklist etc. For the full list of Premium features please checkout our pricing page here: https://www.yotpo.com/pricing.
The monthly fee is $30 for the first 300 orders per month and $10 for each additional block of 100 orders processed.

I appreciate your feedback and I will make sure this gets to Product Management.
Regarding pre-orders, usually what our users do is set the MAP to go out after, for example, 90 days, or put the pre-order customers in the Black List until their orders are ready. Black List is a Premium feature as well.
However even with these 2 options, once the order is set to complete Yotpo assumes that the entire order is complete, and not just one or two items.
As I said, I will forward your suggestion to our Product team and I will notify you of any changes on our side regarding this issue.
