Chris, I think I may have the perfect solution for you - we upload everything in .zip files and when your customer makes a purchase they automatically receive a link to their personal vault where they can chose what download(s) they have purchased from you and download them from there in a zip file.
The file is stored there as long as you have the account with us and if your customer makes multiple purchases from you, all those files stay in their vault for them to download again if they have a hard drive failure or switch computers, or need it on their mobile device or Ipad as well.
