Hi all,
Today, shopify made an important modification on Pixel Printer.
That's great, a lot of new stuff.
BUT, we lost all our templates from our stores.
We really worked hard to have something really useful, and it would takes days to redo everything.
Does anyone know a way to get back our old templates ?
I must also say that the app doesn't work very good with 2 shops.
If we connect to the app from our store 1, then want to print something from the store 2, Order Printer log on store 1.
We couldn't find a way to print anything from the store 2 after printing from store 1.
New features is always a good thing, but deleting our stuff without any prior notice, and releasing an app that has major bugs... ?!
Anyone else with this kind of issue ?
