Since I was contributing to the discussion earlier, I wasn't sure if you were just asking about the Shopify Reviews App or wanted to know about Yotpo as well. I figured I would answer, just in case.
@Thomas With Yotpo, you can use the Embedded Widget to display top-rated products anywhere on your site. There's also the Reviews Tab and the Dedicated Reviews Page which allow you to display all of your reviews in one place. Please let me know if you have any questions about these.
@Alley Kids What you're describing is called Google Seller Ratings and can show up only in your AdWords campaigns (or Google Shopping, if you have a Google Merchant account). With Yotpo Premium, you get Google Seller Ratings (and it's really easy to set up!). Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
