Did you find any solution to your post : "Country Blocking" ( http://ecommerce.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussion/t/country-blocking-174882 ) ? Could you outline the solution please? Do we have to use FancyBox?..... find out the location of the user with the help of FancyBox and then redirect the website to some other address in case the user happens to be in that particular region/country ??
