Module to help attract new customers by Mike Potter

Hi there; 
 I'm thinking of building a module that would help store owners attract new customers by running promotions through other related stores.  

  I'd love to interview some store owners about the problems that they have in attracting new customers in order to validate my idea before I start building it.
