Things you SHOULD know about DHL's Policy that benefit you:
1. DHL will not deliver your package unless the consumer has paid the duties and taxes. It remains at the DHL until paid. That is good news for you.
2. If the consumer does not pay the duties and taxes, DHL will return your product/s at NO extra cost! Unlike FedEx, DHL does not charge you the duties and taxes if the consumer doesn't pay. You will be responsible for paying the original cost of shipping, but you will get your product/s back and you can chose to refund the product cost but retain the original shipping cost. (suggestion)
