Yeah, this has totally pissed me off. I was told it would import our templates and be 'just the same' and that was a bald faced lie. The new app has crashed on me half a dozen times or just fails to load. My workaround has been that I'm not using Order Printer - I'm still using PixelPrinter. It should still be in your app list. Instead of moving onto OP, I closed the popup and it gave me the option to 'load and use' PP - which I've done. Let me get my work done until I have time to screw with the new templates.
