We have just published an app which integrates with our platform, elev.io, our plugin page is located here.
In short, it allows you to display an entire knowledge base in a tab on your site, rather than forcing your potential customers to go looking for help on another page, like your FAQ system. The more time someone has to go looking for help, the more likely they are to just leave.
If you have an existing Zendesk, Desk.com or Uservoice account you can sync your articles straight from there, if not it's a breeze to add new articles to your tab.
You can also integrate live chat if you use one of the following: livechat, olark, zopim.
