Our new app murm.io allows you to easily do the same in just 3 minutes. We’re providing you with a widget that integrates neatly with your Shopify checkout process. Your customers are asked for feedback after every completed purchase.

Knowing customer satisfaction right away gives you immediate feedback about your shop and allows you to learn and improve faster than ever before. Doing so as part of the checkout process will let you capture your customer’s emotions right on the spot. We include analytics information that give you a better customer insight and tie it to order information.

Our app allows you to do the following:

  • Calculate your Net Promoter Score and identify promoters and detractors.
