We're having problems with the Mailchimp app, which just isn't syncing our customer data properly. Crucially, we're not getting product purchased data synced correctly, which means we can no longer reliable identify Mailchimp subscribers who have bought or not bought particular products. We're in touch with Mailchimp but it's dragging on and we haven't fixed it yet. So I wondered if anyone else is having the same problems? Perhaps some Mailchimp / Shopify users here on the forum might like to spot check a few recent transactions? Would be interesting to know if this is only our store.
We really don't want to stop using Mailchimp as we're generally very happy with it!
