I cancelled my free trial of the Yotpo Review app yesterday as it was coming to an end. I think the app is fantastic and I highly recommend it, however after careful consideration I thought it wise to continue with the free version until I have more visitors to my site and can therefore utilize the features and justify the price.
Because the trial automatically bills at the end of it, I cancelled it myself. However the entire widget has disappeared from my site - can anyone tell me if there is something I need to do? Perhaps redo the code?
I have contacted Yotpo but thought I would post here incase I can get an answer sooner (they are a different time zone to me). Even though I have only a few reviews I'm sure they help and would like them back up asap. I'm also sure it's something very basic I need to be doing with code, and any answers may help others.

*Update - yes, even more basic than I anticipated. I logged out and back into Shopify which seemed to reset the app. Hope this helps someone else!
