Matt from Shopify here, hope you're having a great week so far. In regards to your question, we don't have a set app in our store that will provide the functionality that you are looking for. However, I have two options you can consider:
1. You could reach out to a 3rd party Shopify Expert and see if they can work up a custom solution for you. A list of experts can be found here.
2. Or, you could use a "product reviews app". Under each of your images there would be a star rating, and the community good vote this way, add comments. etc. Its a free app, so take a look and see what you think!
