I've just looked at your templates briefly in Chrome and the font sizes seem the normal size. Do you mind telling me what browser and operating system are you using?
The templates in Order Printer have very little styles applied to them, so any style you define in your templates should apply. You can basically write your own stylesheet by include a <style></style> tag inside of your template.
