Your theme has a slide down cart that appears on every page. I'd guess that the app only works on the actual cart page - so http://slclightingonline.com/cart
It's possible that the developer has code you can add to help you here, but it's not an app I've used so can't be sure. Worst case you might have to disable the slide down cart. I'm assuming you've got that option in the theme.
