Hi Guys, I'm new to this and just set up my shopify store today! (its taken my all day!!!)
Ive linked my shopify store to my facebook page so i now have a "Shop Now" button and a page on my business page where people can purchase direct from my facebook from my shopify account.
Ive set this all up and when "I" click on the "shop now" button it takes me straight to my shopify page with no problems, the same happens when i click "more" on my facebook business page and click "shop", it directs me straight to my shopify items via my facebook business page.
however ive had lots of people message me and say when they have clicked the "shop now" button or tried to click a link ive shared of one of my products it takes them to shopify but comes up with a message saying..."do you mean xxxxxxxxx.myshopify.com?" when they click that, it then takes them to a message which says: "sorry, this shop is currently unavailable"????
has anyone had this problem and do you know how to fix it? as i said previously all links work for me? but not for outside users unless they use the shopify site directly. ive checked the address and all is correct? very puzzled!!!
