Transportr Redirect App Not Importing! Says my import from March 25 is still in progress. by Andrea Wasik

I need to upload a new csv of redirects, yet the app won't let me, as it's "stuck" saying:

Your import that started Mar 25, 4:53pm is currently processing. 0 redirects were imported, 0redirects failed to import, and 0 redirects were skipped.
