Same has happened to us. We installed the app and now have been waiting for almost a month. I emailed support about a week after installing and they said it would be another 3 to 5 days. I've since emailed two more times with no responses. However, I can see that they are pulling over new products to our wanelo page, but the "buy on wanelo" functionality is not active.
Anyways, no suggestions here, just shared experience!
