If you own multiple storefronts on Shopify, handling customer questions, support and chat for each of them can get out of hand. Fortunately, Reamaze now allows you to manage all of your Shopify stores' customer support and live chat all in one place.
How does it work? Each Reamaze account can have multiple brands, with each brand associated with a Shopify store. Whenever a customer writes in to your store's support email, or via the Reamaze support widget on your storefront, we pull order and customer data specific to that customer and the origin store. You can also view all of your customer's order data across all of your stores.
