Hey Amy,
YOTPO's links will only show once a review has been made on the specific item, so it's hard to see what might be causing the issue. I can see that you do have the snippet that adds the rating into the items and it's been installed correctly.
Would you be able to post a couple of items that should have reviews? I could take a stab at it!
