I'm just trying to explain the pressure app developers are under when people leave reviews.
However, I've received 4 star reviews and have not complained. There clearly need to be changes made by Shopify to warn an app developer who pressures people over a 4 star review. A 4 star review is nearly perfect. No one should complain too hard about it :)
There also need to be rule changes where someone cannot destory your app reputation in 24 minutes with a one star review. My installs have dropped by more than half since that review. It's really harmed me. I've contacted the merchant by phone and he's just lying, uncooperative and making excuses. I think I need to call an attorney. What a mess.
