It is defnitely tough to find a free app with customization unlocked, for now, I will suggest the Get Social Buttons.
They offer a few customizable options on the free version, like the shape of the buttons, size, and colors, but the Premium account will be needed for further customization outside of those attributes.
I think it is worth checking out, though! Cheers.
