Hi all -
I have installed the mailchimp app (the official one) and am trying to get my customers who accept marketing to sync with the mailchimp list - it says it has synced but it hasn't! Have tried mailchimp support but they're not getting back to me.
Is there a trick that I'm missing that someone knows about? I cannot find this issue anywhere online!
