The only recurring billing app that I know of that works with Authorize.Net is ChargeBee. The app developers do have a support line if you want to give them a call to find out more about it!
Shopify's checkout is a secured document in order to maintain our PCI compliance so at this moment there isn't a way to modify and access our checkout.
