Email Signup Form: How do I move it to the top of the site? by Casey Sibley

Hi all,

I want to move my email signup form from the footer to the top of the page on my website (http://caseydsibley.com). I'd like it to be more prominent than it already is, preferably in the header at the top of every page on my site (in the same row as the menu).

One idea I had was to create a menu tab linking to the signup page, but it would be nice if was the same style as the one already at the bottom of the site.
