Our app doesn't do exactly that, but I'd be happy to discuss in more detail to see if it's something we can add.
What we do offer, which could be similar to what you are looking for, is a spend based loyalty program. You set the reward based on a spend limit. For example, spend $100 get 1000 points. These points are earned through our network of Merchants. You only give out the points once they spent the $100 at YOUR store. While they can't use the points at your store specifically, they can redeem a giftcard or coupon to your store with the points. We offer giftcards as the main cash out option because it's what our users generally want.
