Bold App - S Loyalty - App - Shopify do not work together. by Christopher Brown

Hello, i have a customer that is trying to complete a purchase of a recurring/subscription item. (Bold App), however the shopify shopping cart is saying the discount code is invalid. The discount code is from Sloyalty . aparently the bold app for recurring orders uses a different checkout strip/stripe for order processing and the rewards coupons created by S loyalty were only made to check out with shopify? Who is ultimatly responsible to make this work, both app developers told me to reach out to my shopify team for a resolution. as my customers cant redeem loyalty points when checking out with subscription items.

I do understand on a recurring order there would be no way to tie in a coupon, however on the active physical checkout process there should be a way to redeem coupons, since some items may be subscription and some may not. the app allows for a mixed purchase of recurring and one time only purchases, so therefore i would think the shopping cart would allow the same?
