So we have been working on the Custom Order Status App for a while now. The App is more or less complete and we are now looking for Beta Testers to help us iron out the bugs. Here is more about the App:
Whats the App all about?
- We built this App for Shop Owners who sell custom made items.
- This App enables Shop Owners to keep customers updated on the Progress of their Order (s). Shop Owners can assign color-coded custom status to orders and automatically notify customers on status change.
- The App will help in reducing customer support requests and in turn improve customer satisfaction and as we all know happy customers tend to spend more :-)
Feature Set:
- Create unlimited , color coded custom status settings
- Change Order Status in a single click
- Send Personalized notification to customers on status change. It can be turned On / Off
- Send Notifications to different departments on Status change. It can be turned On / Off
- Integrated Order LookUp lets customers query for Order Status.
