Collect or Delivery based on weight by Shannon McNab

Hi, 

I know this is specific, but becuase of the weight of our products we would like to specify whether an order will collected from one of our dealer networks or delivered. i.e small order can be delivered but crate sized orders must be collected from the customers closest dealer. 

Is there by any chance an app that allows us to do this?
