I am not sure there is an app specific to using product options from a spreadsheet. But it sounds like you provide custom furnature with lots of options.
As another method you could look at using the Product Bullder App. You would make all the pieces of your furnature into products with options. Example: Table top option matrial: Maple, Cedar, Rosewood, etc.
Each product could then be bundled together to create one unique piece of furnature you can set different prices for each piece for all the product variants then when combined they would create a total price for the item.
Some food for thought around how you could go about doing this!
