  There is a couple apps you could choose from but the most popular and widely used are the following:

• Charge Rabbit

• Recurring Billing | Subscriptions by ReCharge

Also worth mentioning is Recurring Orders | Subscription & Recurring Payments for Shopify! by BOLD Apps. They have lots of apps and are one of the biggest third party developers of Shopify Apps.
