When you update details for products in the Admin, such as price and images, it is actually quite easy to push these changes to Facebook.
First, we need to go to the Facebook sales channel in your Admin. Navigate to the "Shop" tab. Here we can see all the collections and products posted to the Facebook store. On this page, we can see a box on the left. One of the options in this box is to "Re-synchronize the Collections". Click on this option to push changes made in the Admin to products to the Facebook store. Check out my screenshot below for a visual guide.
You may have to wait a little while for the updates to appear, but this is usually minimal :)
