Affiliate app, that lets other webshops sell you product, but you receive the order by Philip Roslyng

Basically I want my product on a webshop that I don't own. And when a customers buys my product on that webshop I want to receive the order and handle it from creating to shipping the product. The other webshop owner has agreed to this.. But does an app like this even exist???
