It'd be great if an email auto response app could address "frequently asked questions.
When a person sends an email, they'd get an auto response with different menus that addresses things like shipping, returns and product questions. The customer would click a drop down menu that offered answers. Eventually, they'd get a message asking, "did we answer your questions?". If yes, the email is archived and diverted from the support inbox. If no, they'd be forwarded to the support inbox. I get so many emails asking the same questions. Most of the answers are already on the website but most send an email before doing research. An app like this would save my company so much time.
