Hey Kevin,
In order to reduce the workload of duplicating content on your end, there is an app called BlogFeeder that can take content from one of your existing blogs and create a Shopify Blog Post with it. If you are using Wordpress you can import previous blog posts using the Shopify Wordpress Importer to make that happen for you.
