Searchify adds auto-complete to the search field, including fixing up mis-spelling. You can see an example here: http://www.tungsten-beads-plus.com/ (e.g. if you search for "metalika" you'll see suggestions for "metallic"). There is a free trial so you can give it a spin and see if it works for you.
