We needed a liquid service for one of our apps so that we could render email templates and just thought we may as well open it up to everyone. So feel free to use it, acceptable use only or public access will be removed.
Details are at http://liquid.addtocartapps.com/ and it simply works by POSTing a JSON object with template and data variables to liquid.addtocartapps.com
