I looked through all the abandoned cart apps and I didn't see any that offered to send customers one-time use coupons. I would love to have this though! The extra cost that I would have to pay for the app would outweigh the amount of people abusing the coupons and posting them on coupon sites. I imagine its possible to make. S Loyalty is able to use one-time use coupons for their apps.
