Bold Apps Product Options Premium has been installed. It works fine until a customer "Proceeds to Checkout".
The first image is a perfect grouping of products and their associated options in a well laid out invoice in the Shopping Cart of my site: http://www.coweyeproductions.com
Upon proceeding to Checkout however, the main product and its associated options are listed separately, in an unrelated fashion. If these were T shirts, I would have trouble knowing which option went with which main product. Bold apps says there is nothing they can do, and I see their point. But when a customer sees this, they are going to get confused. I sure would. So what is the problem, and what is the possible fix? The template I am using is Megatronic.
If it is the dated and free template I am using that is the problem, and AJAX (which I believe has been disabled), what other templates will fix this problem? If my template is not the problem, and it is with Shopify's locked and unmodifiable checkout system, as Bold Apps has just told me...then how is this app deemed compatible? Any insight would be appreciated! There has to be an easy fix for this...I know it.
