I've just started with shopify, I've installed the Google Shopping App and all products are 'successfully published' but that's as far as I can go, please can someone help me get ads live? I've read all the guides and I'm still hitting a brick wall.
I have linked my merchant account to my adwords account as advised.
Logged into merchant account and looked at API and can't see any products there despite shopify saying they are successfully published.
Should I see a list of my products there? In blue it says Total entries 270 and in red Total entries 240 (I corrected all errors and published everything again).
In adwords I have set up a Shopping campaign and set the click cost/daily cost etc. The status says 'eligible'.
When I click through the campaign details to 'products' It says 'There are no eligible products for Google Shopping in your linked Merchant Center accounts.'
This is very frustrating, I've done everything it says to do so I'm completely stuck, can anyone help?
