Thanks for your note here. First up, just letting you know that this is now fixed. It’s up and running as normal - as seen on our demo store here: http://countryredirect.myshopify.com/
You should see your country pop up at the top in the notification bar. So your should also now be working as normal. I'm attaching two screenshots to illustrate.
Just to let you know the situation:
- We do have our own stand-alone VPS Server specifically for our customers using the IP Redirect (it’s not a shared server)
- This is the first outage we’ve had in over a year (just noting that this happens very infrequently so don't worry!)
- I’m also checking with our Hosting Provider to check the logs as background, and will note that down internally.
- I did check this as of midnight last night my time (around 6am US EST New York Time as I’m still out of the office at the moment for the break) but wasn’t able to write back as I was out of the office. At that time, it was working just fine. So I think it was likely just down for a very short period of time.
