How to get Shopify to redirect to a subdomain of the application URL? by Hacker

Hello,

I am new in Shopify . I am creating a app for shopify . Now when i click my app from shop admin , it's going to my domain which is set in partner account app setting .

Now i want to set this link like this ..

https://SHOP_NAME.myshopify.com/admin/apps/675baefdb7c8a5a9ce5b017f1a686cb5

Means when user click my app then it will redirect like this instead of my domain ..

Please help me. Thanks
